Jim was great to work with and very knowledgable with all aspects of the process. He made a hard time easier. He seems to really care about the client and doing his job well. Followed up on everything when he said he would. He set expectations and let you know what was going on. Prices were reasonable and processes were handled in a very timely fashion. Other staff were very helpful as well when you called to ask questions. Although I hope I dont have to work with the funeral home often I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
