Wyona Mae Glezen Hayes passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Hayes, Jr., son “Chuck” Hayes, daughter-in-law Susan Hayes, step granddaughter Tracy Reynolds, parents J. Homer and Anna Magee Glezen, sister Audrey Anderson, and 2 brothers Bruce and Homer Glezen. She leaves behind 2 daughters Suzanne (Kevin) Miller, Patricia (Kenneth) Worden, 2 sons David (who took care of her from 2015 until her death), Brian (Michelle) Hayes, and Kris Hayes. Also, survived by 11 grandchildren; Paul, John (Danielle), Jenny, Brian Jr. (Sammi) and Jeff (Milo) Hayes, Cathy (Hugo) Aceves, Laurie Maffett and Glenn Worden, Melissa Glezen, Kevin ( Micheal) Holt, and Robert Miller and 2 step-grandchildren Andrew and Amber Johnson. She loved her 19 great grandchildren dearly; Cassie, Aaron, Jonathan, Katlynn, Milo, Andrew and Caleb Hayes, Dalton, Felipe and Hugo Aceves, Leih, Lindsey, Laynee, Dale Glezen, Emily and Ashley Holt, Derek West, Harper Spoonhower and Layla Blodgett. One great great grandchild Elizabeth, special niece Trudy Aleba and many more nieces and nephews and special true friends Jim & Roberta Dunham and Sandy Brown.
Life happens: the following were part of her family once; Jay, Tim, Anita, Gabby, Beth, Scott, Josh and Rob. The Lord will have this all figured out so until we meet again Wyona goes to be with her loved ones and wants God to bless you all and keep you in His care. There will be private services for the family. Donations in her memory can be made to The American brain, liver or diabetes foundations of one’s choice. At Wyona’s request no flowers or calling hours. Burial will be in the Center Lisle Cemetery.
