William J. Damari

William J (Bill) Damari, 61, of Glen Aubrey passed away unexpectedly Saturday January 1, 2022 surrounded by family and friends. Bill was predeceased by his father, William S Damari and mother Barbara M. Damari. He is survived by his brother, Steven (Sue) Damari, sisters, Deborah (Terry) Damari-Tull, Laurie Damari, Barbara S. (Bobbi) Damari, niece and nephew, Jamie Tull and Christopher (Kristen) Tull. Bill was a graduate of Maine Endwell (1978) and was a successful electrician for many years in Broome County. Bills greatest loves in life were his family and his many friends. His favorite activity was enjoying life to its fullest. For those of us who knew Bill, he was always ready to go on his next adventure. Whether it was a two week trip across the country on The Great Race, to the beach in Rhode Island, a karaoke bar, a concert (bluegrass or country) or just a quick trip for tomato pie, burrito or that special bread or cheese shop hidden away in the corner of some obscure little town, Bill knew them all. Bill will always be remembered as a kind and generous man with few needs, unwavering principals and a man with a big heart. Beloved son, brother, neighbor and friend, you will be greatly missed. A celebration of life will be held Saturday April 9, 2022 from 12-3 pm at the Lisle Fire Hall 9090 Main Street Lisle, NY 13797.
