Susan J. Hitt

Susan J Hitt, 67, of Binghamton NY was called home by the Lord on December 21st, 2024. She was predeceased by her mother Ruth Hitt, father Maurice Hitt Sr., brother Robert Hitt, and sister Joan Hitt. She is survived by her loving children Leaha Clark (Nathan Clark), and Johnathan Keesler, her pride and joy granddaughter Peyton Keesler, her siblings: Maurice Hitt Jr (Linda Hitt), Mariruth Kim (Barry Kim), Kevin Hitt (Claudia Hitt), and Eileen Atkinson (Jim Atkinson). Along with many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Susan was an avid reader who was happiest in her favorite rocking chair reading a good book, listening to her vinyl records, and using her artistic skills to make beautiful artwork. She adored spending time with her children and granddaughter. Her family meant the world to her and she would show her appreciation for them with lovely written cards and letters for every occasion or just to say hello. She will be missed by many but her memory will live on through the loving stories and memories her friends and family hold dear of her. The family will be holding a private memorial. 

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Guthrie Hospice Care in memory of Susan Hitt to support others during their time of need.”
