Steven A. Marks

Steven A. Marks of Lisle, NY passed away unexpectedly September 20, 2025 at the age of 69 years.  Born December 28, 1955 to Shirley (Lidell) and the late Louis Marks. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Marks; siblings, Jerry (Diana), Cincinnati, OH; Joanne (Craig) Bidwell, Rocky Mount, NC; Richard (Ann) Lisle, NY; Janette (Peter) Griep, Goldsboro, NC; Jeanna (Jim) Thompson, Binghamton, NY. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Steve graduated from Whitney Point High School and BOCES carpentry and construction program, Class of 1975.  He was a long-time member of the Lisle Fire Department and Masonic Lodge. He worked for various construction companies, the latest one being Garrett’s Construction Company.  In high school, Steve played football and basketball. Steve was a life-long fan of The NY Yankees, Giants and Syracuse basketball. 

Steve especially enjoyed the love of his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends at Sunset Memorial Services, 2659 Main Street, Whitney Point, NY, Saturday, October 4, 2025, 11:00 am -1:00 pm. Followed by a Memorial Service.
