Michael L. Rackett, 58, of Elmira, NY, passed away August 12, 2020. He was born on May 28, 1962 in Cortland, NY to Carol (Halstrom) Wilcox and Loren Rackett who both predeceased him. He is survived by his children Chad Rackett of McGraw, Brittany Hill of Cortland, and Carol Ann Rackett of Seneca Falls; grandchildren Aleiyah and Maverik Allington of Cortland; brothers Ricky of Cortland and Ronald (Pamela) of Marathon; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

At his request, there will be no services.
