Melissa Forkey Clark (Lisa), 58, of Lisle. Born: Nov. 2, 1963 Johnson City, DOD 11/9/21. Melissa was predeceased by her husband, James Clark, father, Ralph Forkey, Sr., grandparents, Ethal & Charles Forkey, Norman Efford Minner, niece, Samantha Totley. She is survived by her children: Mike Clark, Jak & Angel Clark, Lacey Jeramy Staton, mother, Sandra Forkey, brother Ralph (Clayton) Forkey, Pamela Forkey, Nancy & George Hoffmier, several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. She graduated from Whitney Point Central School “82”. Lisa’s joy in life was family, friends, animals and love to build things and help anyone in need.
