Mary Ann Jankowski

Mary Ann Jankowski, 89, of Endicott passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday May 17, 2021. She is predeceased by her husband Walter of 62 years in 2017, who she missed dearly. She is survived by her four children and their spouses, her seven grandchildren, and one great grand-daughter about whom she always had a proud story to tell. They are Nancy (Victor) Barba, Lisa (Tom) Smart, Maria (John) Cicciarelli, Eric (Elizabeth) Jankowski; her grandchildren, Michael and Ashley Barba, Ian (Jessie) and great grand-daughter Theresa Smart, Sarah (Andrew) Judd, Erica and Rachel Jankowski, Bianca Cicciarelli. Mary Ann leaves behind her cherished younger sister and brother, Debbie Bravi and Gerald (Nancy) Bravi, many nieces, nephews, along with a very special cousin Joan Spadine who comforted Mary Ann during her decline. Mary Ann worked for many years at GFJ and LW West for the Union Endicott Central School District, she was known as Mrs. J and loved all those she taught. The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 701 W. Main St. Endicott, NY Thursday May 20, 2021 from 10 am until the Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial will follow in Riverhurst Cemetery. We are all comforted with the knowledge that she is beginning a new chapter with the love of her life Walter! In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
