Maria Stefano

Maria Stefano, 78, of, Endicott, NY passed away peacefully on January 27th, 2024 surrounded by her loved one’s at home. She was born in Alberobello, Italy on April 3rd 1945. She migrated to America with her parents at the age of 16. She was extremely proud of her heritage and her faith, a lifelong member of Saint Anthony’s Church in Endicott. She was a hard working woman starting at E.J. Shoe factory and transitioning to a position at Wilson Hospital. She enjoyed listening and dancing to Italian music, cooking for which she was well known for, gardening and spending time with her loved ones. She was a very beautiful, caring and compassionate person, always filled with love and laughter.Maria was pre-deceased by her husband Frank Stefano, her parents Donato and Palma Alfarano, her infant daughter Lisa Stefano, her brother in law Mario Baldelli, her infant granddaughter Milaney Renee Stefano-Gennett. She is survived by her son Ricardo and Kristen Stefano, her daughter Roseann and David Gennett, her granddaughter LeeAnna Marie Adams-Stefano, her partner of 18 years Tomasso Legnini, her sister Marta Baldelli, brother, Cosimino (Nancy) Alfarano, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
