Margaret A. Weismore

Margaret A. Weismore passed away peacefully on Saturday March 29, 2025. Margaret was born September 29, 1940 in Canastota, NY to Joseph and Virginia Valerio. She graduated from Canastota Central School and then married William “Doc” Weismore on September 5, 1959. Margaret was predeceased by her parents, her son Therrin and his life-long partner Patti Serkiz and her in-laws Harold (Deb) and Mary Weismore. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 65 years William “Doc” Weismore their children Brenda Lee Price (Robert) Stephen Weismore(Christine) and Eleen Glezen(Scott) 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Margaret loved to play golf, play black jack, collect post cards and attend family gatherings. The family will receive friends Monday April 7, 2025 from 5-7 pm at Sunset Memorial Services LLC 2659 Main St. Whitney Point, NY 13862. Memorial services will be held Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 11am from Sunset Memorial Services LLC. The family welcomes everyone for a Luncheon to follow at Emmanuel Baptist Church Pokeville, NY after the burial at Riverside Cemetery Whitney Point, NY.
