Margaret Clark, 83, of Marathon, NY, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025, at Guthrie Cortland Nursing Home.
Born in Weedsport, NY, on November 30, 1941, to Stanley Brewster and Alma (Goodale) Brewster. Prior to her retirement, Margaret worked alongside the Honorable Charles J. Mullen as Executive Secretary in the Family and Surrogate Court system for almost 40 years. After Judge Mullen passed away, Margaret worked as Secretary for Attorney, Ted Hoffman.
Margaret was married to Charles Clark of Marathon where they lived in their cherished home for more than 50 years. Charles and Margaret were married for 61 years and enjoyed sharing their time together with their family and friends.
Margaret is survived by her husband Charles Clark, her sister Barbara (Brewster) Wilson, her daughter Tracy Koenig and her grand-sons Shane Christopher Koenig and Tyler Charles Koenig, and her son Scott Clark and her grand-daughter, Olivia Clark, also several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews. Margaret's loving spirit will continue to be felt by her family and friends.
Margaret is preceded in death by her mother Alma Brewster and father Stanley Brewster and her brother-in-law Don Wilson and sister-in-law Patty (Clark) Grau.
The memory of Margaret will be honored and friends and family will be received on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a visitation held at Sunset Memorial Services, 2459 Main St., Whitney Point, NY.
