Lois Ann Nelson, 89, a lifelong resident of Marathon went to be with her beloved husband Don on December 30, 2024. Lois enjoyed baking, reading, crossword puzzles but her true love was her family. Lois is predeceased by her husband Don, father and mother Marc and Margaret Wheaton, brothers Marc, Leon, Paul, Danny, and sisters Betty, Jean, and Dorothy and survived by her sister Sandra Nowalk, brother in law Snowball Kenyon and several nieces and nephews..
Lois cherished her children Debra (Scott) Whitney, Donald 'Toby' (Audrey) Nelson, Dottie Kinner, and Tommy John 'TJ' (Kristi) Nelson and her grandchildren TeriAnn (Josh) Montoya, Anthony (Karri) Nelson, Mark Kinner, Jeremy (Amanda) Nelson, David (Miranda) Whitney, Doug (Alex) Whitney, Tyler (Rossana) Nelson, Alyssa Houghton, Lauren and McKenna Nelson. Lois's great grandchildren Téa, Noah, Karli, Cooper, and Myles always brought the biggest smile to her beautiful face.
