John J. Brominski

John J. Brominski, 71, of Whitney Point, NY, formerly of Dallas, PA, passed away on Saturday March 24, 2018 with much love surrounding him.  Born July 31, 1946, he was predeceased in death by his parents Edward (Victoria) Brominski. He is survived by two sons, Michael, Stephen Brominski; two daughters, Rebecca Brominski, Caryn (John) Cave; stepdaughter, Nicole (Doug) Angyal; three grandchildren, Jacob Brominski, Parker and Landon Cave; and his sidekick, Patricia Foster. John wore many different hats in his lifetime with the most recent being owner of Country Wine and Spirits in Whitney Point, NY.  He was an active member of the local Masonic Lodge and Rotary Club. He enjoyed spending time on his house boat and was known as a fun loving person that always gave back to the communities he lived in.  The family will receive friends at Sunset Memorial Services 2659 Main St. Whitney Point, NY on Tuesday March 27, 2018 from 3-7 pm. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Whitney Point Food Bank or Whitney Point Rotary Club Scholarship Fund.  Arrangements are in the care of James Shara.
