James E. Delanoy

James E. Delanoy, 69, of Maine, N.Y. was unexpectedly called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 19, 2023. He is survived by Kathleen, his loving wife of 47 years; their children, Rachel Delanoy, Maria (Brian) Small, Jonathan Delanoy, Mark Delanoy, Julie (Daniel) Burman, Ruth (Andrew) Mifflin, and Timothy (Lauren) Delanoy; and grandchildren, Carter, Alexandra, Jayce, Beau, Jennifer, Calvin, and a new grandson expected in July. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather whom his family could always depend upon for support and guidance - as well as a good laugh.

James was passionate about the ministry of the Word of God and spreading the gospel. He graduated from Practical Bible Training School in 1979 and was active in church ministries for the rest of his life. He was currently serving as the interim pastor at Willseyville Community Baptist Church. His greatest desire was for people to come to saving faith in Jesus Christ and then to grow in their walk with Him.
