Howard L. Ingraham, 69, passed away on Monday September 24, 2018. He was predeceased by his mother Phyllis Walters Ingraham. He is survived by his parents Gerald (Joyce) Ingraham; 2 brothers,William (Janet) and Clifford; step sister, Pam (Mark) Holden; 2 step brothers, Michael (Teresa) Ross and Timothy (Vicki) Ross several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of James Shara.
