Obituary

Frederick A. Zoll, 71, of Marathon, NY passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.  He was born on April 9, 1951, in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. 

Fred graduated from High School and obtained an Associates of Science Degree from Lake County, Illinois. 

He enlisted in the Air Force in 1969 and was stationed in Thailand, Vietnam and England.  He was honorably discharged in 1973 and continued in the reserves until 1975. 

Fred was a Quality Inspector who worked predominantly in the Nuclear Industry and traveled throughout the United States and all over the world to such places as Japan, Scotland, England, and Germany to name a few.  He considered himself a rolling stone. 

He loved to be outdoors and one of his favorite past times was boating. 

He had a big heart and a giving hand and will be missed by all

He is survived by Therese A. Cusick and his siblings:  Bonnie(James)Jakob, Harry Zoll, Nancy (Hernando) Rivera, Don (Heidi) Zoll.  His Aunt Marilyn Zoll and his Uncle Harry McCullagh as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. 

He was predeceased by his mother Violet McCullagh Doll, his father Clayton Allen Zoll Jr. and his brother Wayne Zoll. 

There will be no services, but please remember him as a good and decent man.
