Esther Cordelia Burnette Barrall Krapf, 86, of Whitney Point, NY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday July 15, 2025. She is the daughter of the late Alonza Lee and Alice Lee Layne Burnette. She is predeceased by half sister, Audrey Riley, Husband, Mays Riley, brothers; James Ray Burnette, Oakey Burnette, wife: Sarah Rosser Burnette, son: Nelson Burnette, Alonza (Joe) Burnette, wife: Mitchell Clay Burnette, grandson: Victor Burnette, Walter (Curtis) Burnette, son: Charles Allen Burnette, sisters: Lelia Lee Burnette, Emma Pinkie Burnette, Octavia B. Cyrus, husband: Nick Cyrus, daughter: Linda Cyrus Holt, Sallie Jannie Litchford, husband: Husie Litchford, son-in-law: Dick Cyrus, Georgia B.J. Matthews: husband: Clyde Jackson, Oliver Matthews. She is also deceased by her step child Paul L. Barrall Jr. , sister, Ellie Mae Litchford, brother, Johnnie (Jack) (Arlene) Burnette.

She is survived by her husband Charles D. Krapf, son James Ray (Andrea) Barrall granddaughters: Ashleigh Ann and Samantha Nichole, step child: Linda Jean Barrall grandchildren: Jenna and Danny, Charles D. (Donna) Krapf Jr. grandchildren: Jason, Jamilyn and great grandson: Blake Anthony Krapf, William (Billy) Krapf grandchildren: Daniel, Kevin, Ryan and Kyle, Cynthia Wolchanski, granddaughters: Amy and Alicia, many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends at Sunset Memorial Services LLC 2659 Main Street Thursday July 17 from 5pm until service time at 7pm. Burial will take place in Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Brookneal, Virginia.

Esther had a job she loved after going to Bryman School in N.J. working in an OB/GYN office in New Jersey for 15 years for Dr. M.D. Schwartz ending up as office manager, bookkeeper, assistant, then part time in NY State for Dr. Victoria Camacho a few years, then with Dr. Sukanya S. Prasad. Everyone should love there job like she did.

Esther loved doing the Lord's will. Involved in Stelton Baptist Church in Edison, NJ. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Treasurer, sung in the choir, Editor of the church paper and involved in the Ladies Group. First Baptist Church of Whitney Point she worked at the Nursery, Choir, Social Committee, Auditor, played musical instruments when needed, Clothes Closet, Senior group involved with the Food bank.

A motto that Esther tried to live by: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Also ask yourself what would Jesus have done in the situation you are in, if the answer was yes, then it was OK, if any doubt, the answer is no.
