One of Upstate New York’s finest carpenters completed his stairway to heaven on May 1st, 2026. 

Dennis is survived by his daughters Niccole M. Nickelsen (Bill Semko), Heather Webster (Mark Webster), Granddaughters Lexus Armstrong, Snoot, Daycee Nickelsen, Lumps, (Trevel de Aragon), and Great Granddaughter Oakley Rayne Root, Acorn. 

He is also survived by the mother of his children Rebecca A. Tinker, his longtime companion Charlene Fiorelli , chosen little brother Peter Moschak, and too many special friends to list. 

Dennis constructed countless buildings throughout Broome County and Upstate New York in his career. Upon his family he bestowed his love of music, adoration and knowledge of nature, and his guillotine like wit. He will be greatly missed.

Calling Hours will be May 16th, 2026 11:00 A.M. - 01:00 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Services, 2659 Main Street Whitney Point NY 13862. Following, a Celebration of Life will be held from 03:00 P.M. - 06:00 P.M. at American Legion post 1305 -820 Lower Stella Ireland Rd Binghamton NY 13905.
