Karl "Bill" Zeiter Obituary

Karl William (Bill) Zeiter, born July 31, 1925, departed this earthly realm on June 10, 2018 to reunite with his life’s partner, Williamay. They had been as one for 66 years until Willliamay’s passing on December 10, 2013.

Along with millions of others, Bill was proud to have served during World War II.  As an Army combat engineer he worked on military installations throughout the Aleutian Islands in the Bering Sea.  For 30 years he was an IBMer. Bill retired as a manager of  IBM Federal Systems business shows. He traveled extensively and met fantastic people.  He was convinced that his had been one of the best assignments within the company.

His greatest source of pride and pleasure was his family.  Bill is survived by children Kip (Nancy) and Kim (David).  He is survived by grandchildren Adam (Caroline), Amanda (Scott), Ashley (Dan), Matthew and Andrew.  Bill is also survived by great grandchildren (in order of appearance) Sarina Caroline, Jacob William, Archer Belle, Joseph David and Lucas Benjamin.  Papa with any one, just a few, or the whole gang meant fun and joy for everyone!

William and Williamay are once again as one.  They are continuing their common love of travel and adventure; this time in the endless universe of Heaven.  Funeral services will be held privately.  As a memorial to Bill the family asks that you simply enjoy the sunshine, be kind and appreciate the beauty this world has to offer.

Arrangements are in the care of James Shara.
